Informatica Team Leader in Kraków

Responsibilities:
• Combination of very strong technical role, team leading and customer facing
• Based on an existing ETL design you will work within the ETL development team using Informatica & PL/SQL best practice.
• You will work collaboratively with off-shore and on-shore developers to impart knowledge and develop the overall solution.
• You will be working with a team that has deep financial services domain expertise and collective experience of delivering high quality technology deliverables in a demanding environment.
• You will be expected to get up to speed with the domain and the standards of delivery expected within the group quickly and ultimately be a significant contributor to the shared capability of the group.
• Initial training in London might be required (1 – 3 months)
Requirements:
• Very strong Informatica skills
• Experienced in Oracle and Java
• Experienced in high data volumes, has knowledge how to process data faster, able to bring new solutions
• Client facing experience desirable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with IT colleagues across multiple cultures. The individual should be comfortable presenting complex problems both verbally and in writing / presentations in a manner that is relevant to the audience, and able to argue their case pro-actively.
